THE NANCY GLEN CAMPAIGN

Posted originally on

On 18 January 2018, the Tarbert Argyll fishing boat Nancy Glen was tragically taken by the West Coast of Scotland waters which it fished.  One fisherman survived.  Sadly, the other two crew  –  Duncan MacDougall and Przemek Krawczyk  –  have not been found.  It’s believed that they remained on the vessel, which now lies on the seabed.

The families wish to retrieve their loved ones as soon as possible, which will take great resource.

The fishermen have left behind wives and young children.

Mid-Argyll & Kintyre News commends the Clyde Fishermen’s Trust for doing all that it can to assist these families at this time and in the future.  The Trust asks for your support in that task.

Please give generously to the Trust’s Nancy Glen Campaign, so that the families may lay their men to rest and so that their children are supported through the tough times ahead.
